1. FREE CONSULTATION: We meet in the home to look over the contents and discuss your options. If in agreement a date is set, and contract is signed. A competitive percentage rate will be charged for our services. we handle everything. We don’t get paid until the sale is complete!
2. PRIOR TO THE SALE: Depending on the size of the estate, we arrive one (or two) weeks prior to the sale to set up tables, which we provide, and prepare all items for sale. Items are removed from closets, drawers, cabinets. Everything that will be in the sale is priced. We research unfamiliar items to ensure the right pricing. Our sales are always clean, neat, and well organized to maximize sales.

3. ADVERTISING: We advertise in the local newspaper, Craigs list, Estatesales.net, our own website, and our extensive email list of customers. We provide street signs and flyers to the neighbors. Our methods attract people from a wide radius, not just the neighborhood.

4. SALE DAYS: Sales are held on Saturday & Sunday from 8-4. People are usually lined up waiting for the door to open. There are no pre-sales. First day everything is full price, but offers can be left on higher priced items., The second day will be 30 to 50% off. We sell 80%-90% of contents in these 2 days.

5. POST SALE: We handle the coordination of donation and removal of remaining items.

6. The house is left swept & vacuumed clean.

7. After the sale you will receive your check from the proceeds, receipts from the sale, and a donation slip. Before and after pictures can be emailed to you. You will now have the peace of mind knowing that your home is empty and ready to be listed or occupied.
